PROCLAMATION NO. 2363

DECLARING THURSDAY JUNE 21, 1984, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, the Charter Day of the City of Pagadian falls on Thursday, June 21, 1984;

WHEREAS, the people of the said city desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies their Charter Day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, June 21, 1984, as a non-working special public holiday in the City of Pagadian.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
