PROCLAMATION NO. 2176
DECLARING FRIDAY, APRIL 16, 1982, AS "MARIKINA DAY"
WHEREAS, Friday, April 16, 1982, marks the 352nd Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Marikina; and cd
WHEREAS, the people of Marikina should be given full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, April 16, 1982, as "Marikina Day".
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
