PROCLAMATION NO. 2180
DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 26, 1982, AS "AKLAN DAY"
WHEREAS, Monday, April 26, 1982, marks the 26th foundation anniversary of the Province of Aklan; and
WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of Aklan full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with the fitting ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, April 26, 1982, as "Aklan Day".
