PROCLAMATION NO. 79
DECLARING MONDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA
WHEREAS, on Monday, 5 December 2016, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija marks the celebration of its Foundation Day;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 5 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
