PROCLAMATION NO. 77
DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA
WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija will celebrate its annual festival of thanksgiving for bountiful harvest on Tuesday, 22 November 2016;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. AIDSTE
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 10th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Sixteen.
