DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA
WHEREAS, December 1 to 5, 2009, marks the 44th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija; ACTESI
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 4, 2009 as a special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 4, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
