DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA
WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 5, 2007, marks the 42nd Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija; CaTSEA
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, IGNACIO R. BUNYE, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 5, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
