PROCLAMATION NO. 1223
DECLARING MONDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, on 27 September 2021, Monday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas, will mark the 156th birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 27 September 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
