PROCLAMATION NO. 816
DECLARING FRIDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, on 27 September 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas, will mark the 154th birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 27 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.
