PROCLAMATION NO. 308
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, BATANGAS
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas marks the 152nd birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar on Wednesday, 27 September 2017; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
