PROCLAMATION NO. 89
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 09 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR
WHEREAS, on 09 November 2022, Wednesday, the Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 57th Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Eastern Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 09 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Eastern Samar.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 8th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
