PROCLAMATION NO. 299
DECLARING TUESDAY, 05 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 05 September 2017, the City of General Santos marks the celebration of its Inauguration Day and the 19th Tuna Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 05 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
