PROCLAMATION NO. 252
DECLARING SATURDAY, 22 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, on Saturday, 22 July 2017, the City of General Santos marks the celebration of its Indigenous Peoples 3rd Blaan Day; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 22 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 10th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Seventeen.
