PROCLAMATION NO. 13
DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, on 22 July 2022, Friday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its Indigenous Peoples' 8th Blaan Day;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 22 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 15th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
