Creation of Municipality of Sugbongcogon, Misamis Oriental

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3633

AN ACT CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF SUGBONGCOGON IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

SECTION 1. The barrios of Sugbongcogon, Kaulayanon, Kidampas, Silad, Alicomohan and Mabini are hereby separated from the Municipality of Kinoguitan, Province of Misamis Oriental, and constituted into a new municipality to be known as the Municipality of Sugbongcogon, with the seat of the municipal government at the present site of the barrio of Sugbongcogon.

SECTION 2. The boundaries of the Municipality of Sugbongcogon shall be as follows:

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
