With a view to ensuring a consistent and effective campaign for the headquarters of the Common Fund, the following campaign zones are hereby created:

The zone leaders are hereby directed to coordinate campaign activities within their respective zones. They shall submit quarterly reports on the progress of the campaign in their respective zones to the Office of the Prime Minister as Chairman of the Special Team created pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 1206.
The Chairman of the Special Team is hereby authorized to allot for the use of the zone leader such amount as may be necessary for the conduct of the campaign in his zone.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 8th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Two.
