PROCLAMATION NO. 213-A
AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE CENTER FOR DIABETES EDUCATION TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN
WHEREAS, the Philippine Center for Diabetes Education Foundation, Inc., is an organization dedicated to helping individuals suffering from diabetes and its complications;
WHEREAS, there is a need to assist the Foundation raise necessary funds to effectively accomplish its mission.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Center for Diabetes Education Foundation, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
