Creation of Barrio Sto. Niño in Magalang, Pampanga
Republic Act No. 2797, enacted on June 19, 1960, establishes the barrio of Sto. Nio in the Municipality of Magalang, Province of Pampanga, by converting the sitio of Balas into this new administrative division. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on February 13, 1961. It was enacted without requiring Executive approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2797
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF STO. NIÑO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAGALANG, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA
SECTION 1. The sitio of Balas in the Municipality of Magalang, Province of Pampanga, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Sto. Niño.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
