REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1040
AN ACT TO CONVERT THE SITIO OF JIPIT, IN THE BARRIO OF SAN ANTONIO, MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, INTO A BARRIO TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARRIO OF STO. NIÑO
SECTION 1. The sitio of Jipit, in the barrio of San Antonio, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, is converted into a Barrio to be known as the Barrio of Sto. Niño.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cdt
