Change of Name of Barrio Haclagan in Tanawan, Leyte to Sto. Niño
Republic Act No. 464, enacted on June 9, 1950, officially changes the name of Barrio Haclagan in the Municipality of Tanawan, Province of Leyte, to Sto. Nio. The Act stipulates that the new name will be used henceforth. It took effect immediately upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette in July 1950.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 464
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BARRIO HACLAGAN, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAWAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO STO. NIÑO
SECTION 1. The barrio of Haclagan, in the municipality of Tanawan, Province of Leyte, shall hereafter be known as "Sto. Niño." cd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
