REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1250
AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, FROM BARRIO SAN MATIAS TO BARRIO STO. TOMAS
SECTION 1. The seat of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Province of Pampanga, is hereby transferred from Barrio San Matias to Barrio Sto. Tomas. The municipal government shall occupy the site and building it formerly occupied before the said municipality was annexed to the Municipality of San Fernando in the same province.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
