Creation of Barrio Mabunaw in Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte
Republic Act No. 6197, enacted on June 19, 1971, establishes Barrio Mabunaw as a distinct and independent barrio in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Zamboanga del Norte. This new barrio is created by separating the sitio of Mabunaw from Barrio Nangca. The Act is effective immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on September 6, 1971.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6197
AN ACT CREATING BARRIO MABUNAW IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE
SECTION 1. The sitio of Mabunaw in Barrio Nangca, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is separated from said barrio, and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio in said municipality, to be known as Barrio Mabunaw. aisa dc
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
