Creation of Barrio New Dapitan in Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4984

AN ACT CREATING BARRIO NEW DAPITAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

SECTION 1. The sitios of Lower Mapang and Batangan are hereby separated from the mother Barrio Mapang in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, and hereby constituted into a separate and regular barrio, to be known as Barrio New Dapitan in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Zamboanga del Norte. casia

SECTION 2. Barrio Dapitan, as herein created, shall have the following boundaries:

"Beginning at a point along the national road at Km. 305 with latitude eight degrees, thirty-three minutes and twenty seconds (8ยบ 33' 20"), going due East until it intersects Napilan Creek; thence, following upstream Napilan Creek until it intersects longitude one hundred twenty-three degrees, thirty-two minutes and three seconds (123ยบ 32' 3"); thence Southwest crossing the national road at Km. 301.7 until it intersects Potungan River at longitude one hundred twenty-three degrees and thirty-two minutes (123ยบ 32'); thence, following Potungan River going downstream until it intersects latitude eight degrees, thirty-two minutes and ten seconds (8ยบ 32' 10"); and thence, due North to the point of beginning at Km. 305."

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
