Creation of Barrio Kahupi-an in Sogod, Southern Leyte

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6230
AN ACT CREATING BARRIO KAHUPI-AN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOGOD, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE
SECTION 1. The sitios of Bood Taas, Tabunan, Hap-on, Kabugua-an, Tigbawan, Lubong Sapa, Kahupian and Pangalkagan in the Municipality of Sogod, Province of Southern Leyte, are hereby constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Kahupi-an.
The proposed barrio of Kahupi-an shall be bounded as follows:
North — Lubong Sapa Creek
East — Bulak River
South — Pan-Phil. Highway, Km. 13
West — Layug River
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd i
