REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4835
AN ACT CREATING FOUR ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Rizal, is further amended to read as follows:
"Rizal, thirteen assistant provincial fiscals;" cdt
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
