Additional Asst. Provincial Fiscal Positions for Sulu

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6048
AN ACT CREATING FOUR ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF SULU, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals for the Province of Sulu, is further amended to read as follows: cd
"Sulu, eight assistant provincial fiscals, four of whom shall be assigned to the second branch of the Court of First Instance of Sulu;"
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of forty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions created under this Act, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy. Thereafter, such sums necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
