REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6047
AN ACT CREATING THREE ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals, in the Province of Lanao del Norte, is further amended to read as follows: aisa dc
"Lanao del Norte, five assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixteen thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions provided for in this Act for the current fiscal year. Thereafter, similar appropriations for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. aisa dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
