Creation of Additional Positions of Asst. Provincial Fiscal for Davao del Norte

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5681

AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Davao del Norte, is further amended to read as follows: aisa dc

"Davao del Norte, five assistant provincial fiscals;"

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twenty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions provided for in this Act for the current fiscal year. Thereafter, appropriations for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
