REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5654
AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cebu, is further amended to read as follows:
"Cebu, twenty-four assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
