CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED IN WEST AEROPARK, CLARK GLOBAL CITY, INDUSTRIAL ESTATE 5, CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, PAMPANGA AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Bases Conversion and Development Authority, and the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land located in West Aeropark, Clark Global City, Industrial Estate 5, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Park) to be known as the WEST AEROPARK IT PARK, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 (s. 2004), and Resolution No. 19-657 (s. 2019), as amended by Resolution No. 20-131 (s. 2020), with an area of Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-One square meters (30,431 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Block 3

A parcel of land (Block 3, Portion of Lot 6, Pcs-03-019336 Rec. No.) covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 045-2014004165, situated in Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 29 deg. 06' W., 1614.97 m. from BBM No. 23, Mabalacat Cadastre to corner "1":

thence N. 65 deg. 02' W., 31.05 m. to point 2;

beginning; containing an area of Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-One square meters (30,431 m²), more or less. Bearings true; All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by old PS cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. The survey was verified by CDC Building and Facilities Permits Division Manager Engineer Erwin C. Bognot, through a Certification dated 12 February 2020.
