PROCLAMATION NO. 1110
CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG FRONTERA VERDE DRIVE, FRONTERA VERDE, E. RODRIGUEZ AVENUE, BARANGAY UGONG, PASIG CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of Ten Thousand One Hundred Eighty Six square meters (10,186 m2) and the parcel of land where it stands, located along Frontera Verde Drive, Frontera Verde, E. Rodriguez Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center) to be known as SILVER CITY 1A, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 16-633 (s. 2016), as amended by Resolution No. 18-420 (s. 2018), with an area of One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy One square meters (1,871 m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
Portion of Lot 5-B-1-B-1, Psd-00-053581 and
A parcel of land (portion of Lot 5-B-1-B-1, Psd-00-053581 covered by TCT No. PT-113535 and Lot 5-B-1-A, (LRC) Psd-219459 covered by TCT No. PT-71553) situated in Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the SE., along lines 1 to 6 by portion of Lot 5-B-1-B-1, Psd-00-053581; on the SE., SW., and NW., along lines 6 to 12 by portion of Lot 5-B-1-A, (LRC) Psd-219459; and on the NW., NE., and SE., along lines 12 to 28-1 by portion of Lot 5-B-1-B-1, Psd-00-053581.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 86 deg. 06' E., 2691.67 m. from BLLM No. 1, Wack-Wack.
thence S. 24 deg. 33' W., 3.99 m. to point 2;
beginning, containing an area of One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-One square meters (1,871 m2), more or less. All corners are PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cms. Bearings True. The sketch plan with technical description was prepared by Private Geodetic Engr. Manuel C. Balce, Jr.; verified by Engr. Patrick A. Macazo, Engineer II, Department of Environment and Natural Resources-National Capital Region (DENR-NCR) on 26 November 2017; checked by Rogelio M. Lapus, Chief-Aggregate Surveys and Correction Section, DENR-NCR, and Ignacio R. Almira Jr., Chief-Surveys and Mapping Division, DENR-NCR on 13 December 2017; and noted by Sofio B.
