CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG 1 THEATER DRIVE, CIRCUIT, BARANGAY CARMONA, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, with a gross floor area of Eighty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-Four square meters (83,824 m²), more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located along 1 Theater Drive, Circuit, Barangay Carmona, Makati City, as an Information Technology Center to be known as the Circuit Corporate Center 1, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-006 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 14-358 (s. 2014), as amended by Resolution No. 19-383 (s. 2019), with an area of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Four square meters (2,924 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A portion of lot covered by TCT No. 006-2017000043 (Portion of Lot 5-F, of the subdivision plan, Psd-00-091383), situated in Barangay Carmona, City of Makati, National Capital Region, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., and NW., along lines 1-20 to 1 by portions of Lot 5-F, of the subdivision plan Psd-00-091383.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 69 deg. 21' W., 1,700.66 m. from BLLM. No. 1, City of Makati:

Baldo, based on the Subdivision Plan conducted on 04-07 January 2016; verified by Engr. Patrick A. Macazo, Engineer II, Department of Environment and Natural Resources-National Capital Region (DENR-NCR), on 11 September 2017; checked by Rogelio M.
