CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCELS OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG EMILIO AGUINALDO HIGHWAY, BARANGAY TALABA VII, BACOOR CITY, CAVITE, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, with a gross floor area of Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven and 76/100 square meters (50,277.76 m²), more or less, and the parcels of land where the building stands, located along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Barangay Talaba VII, Bacoor City, Cavite, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center) to be known as CBC Asia Technozone, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-676 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 19-441 (s. 2019), with an aggregate area of Seven Thousand square meters (7,000 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Lot 2-A-5-A-1

A parcel of land (Lot 2-A-5-A-1, (LRC) Psd-274884, being a portion of Lot 2-A-5-A, (LRC) Psd-267000, LRC Rec. No. 18826), situated in Barrio Talaba, Bacoor, Cavite.

Bounded on the W. and NE., pts. 1-2-3 by Lot 2-A-2, (LRC) Psd-110980; on the SE. pts. 3-4 by Lot 2-B, (LRC) Psd-99697, now National Road 20.00 m. wide; and on the SW. pts. 4-1 by Lot 2-A-5-A-2, (LRC) Psd-274884.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 88 deg. 07' E., 1,620.95 m. from BLLM No. 20, Bacoor Cadastre.

thence Due North 35.47 m. to point 2;

beginning; containing an area of Three Thousand Five Hundred square meters (3,500 m²), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 1 to 2 by PS and the rest by old PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cms., Bearings true; date of original survey: 10-11 August 1911; date of subdivision/consolidation survey: 19 November 1977.

A parcel of land (Lot 2-A-5-A-2, (LRC) Psd-274884, being a portion of Lot 2-A-5-A, (LRC) Psd-267000, LRC Rec. No. 18826), situated in Barrio Talaba, Bacoor, Cavite.

Bounded on the NE., pts. 1-2 by Lot 2-A-5-A-1, (LRC) Psd-274884; on the SE. pts. 2-3-4 by Lot 2-B, (LRC) Psd-99697, now National Road 20.00 m. wide; and on the SW. pts. 4 to 5 by Lot 2-A-5-B (LRC) Psd-26700, and on the W., pts. 5-1 by Lot 2-A-2, (LRC) Psd-1110980.
