CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND ON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES-RETIREMENT AND SEPARATION BENEFITS SYSTEM (AFP-RSBS) COMPOUND, KM. 12 EAST SERVICE ROAD, C5, TAGUIG CITY AS SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as TDG Innovation and Global Business Solutions Center with a gross floor area of Ten Thousand Four Hundred Four square meters (10,404 m²), and the parcel of land on which the building stands, located in the Armed Forces of the Philippines-Retirement and Separation Benefits System Compound, Km. 12 East Service Road, C5, Taguig City, with an area of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Two (4,762 m²) square meters more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 16-134 (s. 2016) as amended by Resolution No. 18-668 (s. 2018), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Portion of Lot 2 of the subdivision plan CCS-00-000467, being a portion of SW0-00-001302 LRC Rec. No.), situated in the Barangay of Western Bicutan, City of Taguig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., and NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-1 by Lot 2 CCS-00-000467.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 70 deg. 29' W., 4401.13 m. from BLLM No. 1 MCadM 590-D, Taguig Cadastral Mapping;

thence S. 30 deg. 45' E., 106.75 m. to point 2;

thence S. 59 deg. 15' W., 37.21 m. to point 3;

thence N. 75 deg. 45' W., 11.00 m. to point 4;

thence N. 30 deg. 45' W., 2.61 m. to point 5;

thence N. 59 deg. 15' E., 0.10 m. to point 6,

thence N. 30 deg. 45' W., 96.35 m. to point 7;

thence N. 59 deg. 14' W., 44.89 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Two (4,762) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons 15 x 40 cms., Bearings True; Date of the actual survey: 14 July 2017 and that of the consolidation subdivision survey: 22 December 2017, executed by Geodetic Engineer Kenneth Mark S. Lasala and certified correct by Ignacio R. Almira, Chief, Surveys and Mapping Division, Land Management Services, Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
