REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10017
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PROVINCIAL ROAD FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONIFACIO TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF DON VICTORIANO, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The provincial road from the Municipality of Bonifacio to the Municipality of Don Victoriano, Province of Misamis Occidental is hereby converted into a national road. AEIcTD
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
