REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10040
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BALILIHAN-HANOPOL-BATUAN PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BALILIHAN, HANOPOL AND BATUAN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Balilihan-Hanopol-Batuan Provincial Road in the municipalities of Balilihan, Hanopol and Batuan, Province of Bohol is hereby converted into a national road. aScITE
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
