REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10099
AN ACT CONVERTING THE NEW LUCENA — STA. BARBARA PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF NEW LUCENA AND STA. BARBARA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The New Lucena — Sta. Barbara Provincial Road in the municipalities of New Lucena and Sta. Barbara, Province of Iloilo is hereby converted into a national road. aTEACS
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
