REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7329
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DON VICTORIANO, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DON VICTORIANO HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Don Victoriano, Province of Misamis Occidental, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Don Victoriano Health Infirmary. cd i
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
