Conversion of the Rural Health Unit in Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental into a Health Infirmary
Republic Act No. 7575, enacted on May 26, 1992, converts the rural health unit in Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental, into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, named the Sapang Dalaga Health Infirmary. The necessary funding for this conversion will be incorporated into the General Appropriations Act for the following year and subsequent years. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on July 6, 1992.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7575
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAPANG DALAGA, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAPANG DALAGA HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Sapang Dalaga, Province of Misamis Occidental, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Sapang Dalaga Health Infirmary.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
