REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7457
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGBINA, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TAGBINA HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Tagbina, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Tagbina Health Infirmary. cd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
