REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7562
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. MARIA HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby converted into a five- bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Sta. Maria Health Infirmary. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
