REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7387
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIAS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE VICTORIAS HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Victorias, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Victorias Health Infirmary. cd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
