REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7620
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BASAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BASAY HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Basay, Province of Negros Oriental, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Basay Health Infirmary. cdt
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
