REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10014
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CAPAS-SAN JOSE-MAYANTOC-MALACAMPA ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CAPAS, SAN JOSE, MAYANTOC AND CAMILING, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Capas-San Jose-Mayantoc-Malacampa Road in the municipalities of Capas, San Jose, Mayantoc and Camiling, Province of Tarlac is hereby converted into a national road. cTEICD
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
