REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9349
AN CT CONVERTING THE CONCEPCION-CAPAS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CONCEPCION AND CAPAS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Concepcion-Capas Road in the municipalities of Concepcion and Capas, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 7.5 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. DcICEa
