REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9351
AN ACT CONVERTING THE VICTORIA-LA PAZ ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF VICTORIA AND LA PAZ, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Victoria-La Paz Road in the municipalities of Victoria and La Paz, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 15.1 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. HCEcAa
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
