Conversion of Victoria-La Paz Road in Tarlac City into a National Road
Republic Act No. 9351, enacted on August 4, 2006, converts the Victoria-La Paz Road in Tarlac, measuring approximately 15.1 kilometers, into a national road. The Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary is tasked with issuing the necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this conversion. The law takes effect upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9351
AN ACT CONVERTING THE VICTORIA-LA PAZ ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF VICTORIA AND LA PAZ, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Victoria-La Paz Road in the municipalities of Victoria and La Paz, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 15.1 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. HCEcAa
