Conversion of Ramos-Pura Road in Tarlac City into a National Road

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9350
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RAMOS-PURA ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF RAMOS AND PURA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Ramos-Pura Road in the municipalities of Ramos and Pura, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 4.7 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
