REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9799
AN ACT CONVERTING THE TUNGKONG MANGGA-MUZON PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Tungkong Mangga-Muzon Provincial Road in the City of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan is hereby converted into a national road. aETAHD
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
