Constitution of 4th Representative District of Leyte into Separate School Division

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4483
AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE FOURTH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE INTO A SEPARATE SCHOOL DIVISION
SECTION 1. The fourth representative district of the Province of Leyte shall constitute one separate school division. acd
SECTION 2. The superintendent of schools for the said division shall be the ex officio superintendent for Ormoc City who shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines with the consent of the Commission on Appointments, and shall have his office in said city.
SECTION 3. Such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
