Constitution of Second Representative District of Leyte into Separate Highway Engineering District

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5041
AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE SECOND REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE INTO A SEPARATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT
SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Second Representative District of the Province of Leyte shall be constituted into a separate highway engineering district. casia
SECTION 2. The office of the said highway engineering district shall be in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, and shall have one highway district engineer who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
